As the largest radio station in the Greater Paarl Valley, we are extremely proud to announce that KC107.7 is the official radio partner of the Paarl Royals for the upcoming inaugural season of SA20.

Paarl Royals are based at Boland Park and boast a strong line-up of both local and international cricket superstars. The team is captained by destructive batter, David Miller, and has Proteas legend JP Duminy as the head coach.

Apart from their captain David Miller, the Paarl Royals team includes five overseas players in the English trio of Jos Buttler, Eoin Morgan and Jason Roy, along with West Indies’ stars Obed McCoy and Ramon Simmonds. The franchise has also secured a solid core of South African players, with the likes of Lungi Ngidi, Tabraiz Shamsi, Corbin Bosch, Dane Vilas, Bjorn Fortuin, Mitchell van Buuren, Wihan Lubbe, Ferisco Adams, Imran Manack, Evan Jones and Codi Yusuf donning the Royals’ colors this season.

Expect a feast of thrilling cricket action starting January 13th right here in Paarl when the Royals play their first home game against Joburg Super Kings.

Some of the big name local and international Paarl Royals players will be on air during the tournament to share their experience and allow the listener an opportunity to engage with them.

There will also be some great Paarl Royals merchandise and ticket giveaways on air and on our social media platforms during the month-long tournament.

Supporters residing in Paarl will also be able to spot a Paarl Royals x KC107.7 themed van across the town of Paarl, and at the fan zone at Boland Park which will entertain crowds through music, contests and announcements.
