AVRIL ESTHERHUIZEN GETS BEHIND THE BERGRIVER CLEAN-UP DAY.

Bernard Malherbe from the Paarlberg DRC, and the Noorder Paarl ‘Vriende van die Bergrivier’ came to tell us about the Bergriver Clean-up Day on the 16^{th of} October at the Longstreet bridge from 9am-11am.

This is the initiative of the Paarlberg Church Community in conjunction with Drakenstein Municipality. Everybody who cares for the environment is welcome to join them. All that they have to bring is hand gloves and water boots. Drakenstein Municipality will provide black bags for removal.
