Local Professional Cyclist Catherine Colyn Triumphs ‘Tour Du Cap’

Catherine Colyn originally from Pretoria recently participated in the Tour Du Cap, a 4-day Road Cycling Race through Paarl, Stellenbosch, Wellington and Malmesbury, Colyn walked away with an overall win, winning two stages of the race, while chatting with KC presenters Brad and SeanJ on the #KCDriveShow she comments; “it was a picture-perfect kind of race for me, where everything fell into place”.

Colyn also just recently returned from Rwanda where she competed in the Rwandan Epic a 4day Moutain Biking Race that takes place in the heart of Africa, Colyn raced alongside Leone Vester, they managed to maintain a strong lead and won all four stages of the event. Colyn races all year round, she does the road, mountain, gravel and e-biking, truly a full-time job – it is always inspiring for us here at Radio KC to see our locals follow their dreams and succeed!
